  • That you irrevocably waive, release, and discharge Kyvra Labs Private Limited, its directors, employees, practitioners, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or disputes arising directly or indirectly from the absence of such recording.


Prohibition on User Recordings


Users are strictly prohibited from recording, storing, reproducing, or distributing any session, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Kyvra Labs Private Limited.


Any unauthorised recording or dissemination may result in:

  • Immediate termination or suspension of access to the Service; and

  • Appropriate legal action under applicable laws.


Data Handling, Storage, and Security


All recordings and associated Personal Data shall be:

  • Processed in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023, including principles of purpose limitation, data minimisation, and security safeguards;

  • Any consequences arising from participation in sessions without recording (where permitted).
